The 170-Versatile on the great handling Chevrolet Express 2500 regular van is the easiest of all Roadtreks to maneuver through traffic and fit into those car sized parking spots. The 170 has many features you take for granted in a car, like better fuel economy than most camper vans (never mind larger motorhomes), along with the full-size motorhome features you would expect from any Roadtrek.

A Widebody Class B for Less Than You Think!

Our 210 models represent the ultimate fusion of design, engineering and functionality in the class B segment. Built on the Chevrolet Express extended van, they are true class B motorhomes. We start with a full van body and then extend the frame 18” behind the rear wheels increasing the overall length to 21’ 11”. Then we add a fully-painted steel-cage-reinforced fiberglass body. But the 210 is no “box on wheels”. After the cab, the body widens gradually to a maximum of 9” at the rear wheels then gently tapers to the rear. The 155” long wheelbase allows for amazing ride quality...

Engineering Capabilities

Our engineering department is second to none. We use some of the most sophisticated computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing tools available today - the same CAD/CAM software used by companies like GM, Boeing and GE. Our CAD system can communicate with our suppliers' systems to insure a perfect fit.

Three-dimensional models allow our engineers to visualize new concepts before they make the first prototype.

Using powerful CAM software, CAD designs can be easily transformed into CNC programs to produce parts on CNC machines here and at our suppliers. These CAD/CAM tools help take an engineer's idea or a customer's suggestion from concept to final product to make the best even better.
